⛪ Was ist die Hauskreis App?
Die Hauskreis App ist eine private, gruppenbasierte Community-App für christliche Hauskreise. Sie ermöglicht es, Treffen zu planen, Gebetsanliegen zu teilen, Umfragen zu erstellen und einen KI-gestützten Bibelassistenten zu nutzen.
Die App ist kein soziales Netzwerk – alle Inhalte sind privat und nur für Mitglieder der jeweiligen Hauskreis-Gruppe sichtbar.

🗄️ Wo werden die Daten gespeichert?
Deine Daten werden auf Servern von Railway (PostgreSQL-Datenbank) gespeichert. Railway nutzt Infrastruktur in der EU (Frankfurt / AWS eu-central-1).

Sie haben jederzeit das Recht auf:
- Auskunft über Ihre gespeicherten Daten
- Berichtigung unrichtiger Daten
- Löschung Ihrer Daten
- Einschränkung der Verarbeitung
- Datenübertragbarkeit
- Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung
Um Ihr Konto und alle damit verbundenen Daten zu löschen, senden Sie eine E-Mail an privacy@hauskreis-app.de mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen".
Sie haben außerdem das Recht, Beschwerde bei der zuständigen Datenschutzbehörde einzulegen.
🕐 Speicherdauer
Ihre Daten werden gespeichert, solange Ihr Konto aktiv ist. Nach einer Kontolöschung werden alle personenbezogenen Daten innerhalb von 30 Tagen unwiderruflich gelöscht.
Push-Token werden gelöscht, sobald Sie Push-Benachrichtigungen in den Einstellungen deaktivieren oder Ihr Konto löschen.
👶 Minderjährige
Die App richtet sich an Nutzer ab 13 Jahren. Personen unter 13 Jahren dürfen die App nicht ohne Einwilligung eines Erziehungsberechtigten nutzen. Sollten wir Kenntnis davon erlangen, dass Daten von Kindern unter 13 Jahren erhoben wurden, werden diese unverzüglich gelöscht.
🔄 Änderungen dieser Erklärung
Wir behalten uns vor, diese Datenschutzerklärung bei Bedarf anzupassen. Die jeweils aktuelle Version ist stets unter dieser URL abrufbar. Bei wesentlichen Änderungen werden aktive Nutzer per Push-Benachrichtigung oder E-Mail informiert.

⛪ What is the Hauskreis App?
Hauskreis App is a private, group-based community app for Christian home groups (Hauskreise). It allows members to plan meetings, share prayer requests, create polls, and use an AI-powered Bible assistant.
The app is not a social network — all content is private and visible only to members of the respective group.

🗄️ Where is data stored?

To delete your account and all associated data, send an email to privacy@hauskreis-app.de with the subject "Delete account".
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
🕐 Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Push tokens are deleted as soon as you disable push notifications in settings or delete your account.
👶 Minors
The app is intended for users aged 13 and above. Persons under 13 may not use the app without parental consent. If we become aware that data from children under 13 has been collected, it will be deleted immediately.
🔄 Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to update this privacy policy as needed. The current version is always available at this URL. Users will be notified of material changes via push notification or email.
