📄 1. Geltungsbereich
Diese Nutzungsbedingungen regeln die Nutzung der Hauskreis App (nachfolgend „App") von Sven Hasse (nachfolgend „wir"). Mit der Registrierung und Nutzung der App akzeptierst du diese Bedingungen. Ergänzend gilt unsere Datenschutzerklärung.
⛪ 2. Leistungsbeschreibung
Die App ist eine private, gruppenbasierte Community-App für christliche Hauskreise. Sie ermöglicht u. a. das Planen von Treffen, das Teilen von Gebetsanliegen, das Erstellen von Umfragen sowie die Nutzung eines KI-gestützten Bibelassistenten. Die App wird kostenlos bereitgestellt.
🔑 3. Registrierung & Konto
- Für die Nutzung ist ein Konto erforderlich. Die Angaben müssen wahrheitsgemäß sein.
- Die Nutzung ist erst ab einem Alter von 13 Jahren gestattet.
- Du bist für die Geheimhaltung deiner Zugangsdaten selbst verantwortlich.
- Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit in der App unter „Profil → Konto löschen" unwiderruflich löschen.
✅ 4. Pflichten der Nutzer
Bei der Nutzung der App verpflichtest du dich, keine Inhalte zu erstellen oder zu teilen, die:
- gegen geltendes Recht oder Rechte Dritter verstoßen,
- beleidigend, diskriminierend, gewaltverherrlichend oder anstößig sind,
- Spam, Schadsoftware oder Werbung enthalten.
Bitte teile keine sensiblen personenbezogenen Daten (z. B. Gesundheitsdaten) im KI-Bibelassistenten, da diese an einen externen Dienst übermittelt werden.
🖊️ 5. Nutzerinhalte
Für von dir erstellte Inhalte bleibst du verantwortlich. Du räumst uns lediglich das Recht ein, diese Inhalte im technisch notwendigen Umfang zu speichern und den Mitgliedern deiner Gruppe anzuzeigen, um die Funktionen der App bereitzustellen. Eine darüber hinausgehende Nutzung erfolgt nicht.
🤖 6. KI-Bibelassistent
Der KI-Assistent erzeugt automatisierte Antworten und kann Fehler enthalten. Die Antworten stellen keine seelsorgerliche, medizinische, rechtliche oder sonstige professionelle Beratung dar. Die Nutzung erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung.
📶 7. Verfügbarkeit
Wir bemühen uns um einen zuverlässigen Betrieb, können aber keine ununterbrochene Verfügbarkeit garantieren. Da die App kostenlos angeboten wird, besteht kein Anspruch auf Verfügbarkeit, bestimmte Funktionen oder deren Fortbestand.
🚪 8. Kündigung & Sperrung
Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit löschen. Wir behalten uns vor, Konten bei erheblichen oder wiederholten Verstößen gegen diese Bedingungen zu sperren oder zu löschen.
⚠️ 9. Haftung
Wir haften unbeschränkt für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit sowie für Schäden aus der Verletzung des Lebens, des Körpers oder der Gesundheit. Im Übrigen ist die Haftung – soweit gesetzlich zulässig – auf die Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten und auf den vorhersehbaren, typischen Schaden begrenzt. Für einen unentgeltlich bereitgestellten Dienst ist die Haftung im gesetzlich zulässigen Rahmen beschränkt.

Wir können diese Nutzungsbedingungen bei Bedarf anpassen. Über wesentliche Änderungen informieren wir dich per Push-Benachrichtigung oder E-Mail. Die jeweils aktuelle Fassung ist stets unter dieser URL abrufbar.
⚖️ 11. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Zwingende verbraucherschützende Vorschriften des Staates, in dem du deinen gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt hast, bleiben unberührt.

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Hauskreis App (the "App") provided by Sven Hasse ("we"). By registering and using the App you accept these terms. Our Privacy Policy applies in addition.
⛪ 2. Service description
The App is a private, group-based community app for Christian home groups. It allows, among other things, planning meetings, sharing prayer requests, creating polls, and using an AI-powered Bible assistant. The App is provided free of charge.
🔑 3. Registration & account
- An account is required. The information you provide must be truthful.
- Use is permitted only from the age of 13.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- You can permanently delete your account at any time via "Profile → Delete account".
✅ 4. User obligations
When using the App, you agree not to create or share content that:
- violates applicable law or the rights of third parties,
- is offensive, discriminatory, glorifies violence, or is otherwise objectionable,
- contains spam, malware, or advertising.
Please do not share sensitive personal data (e.g. health data) in the AI Bible assistant, as it is transmitted to an external service.
🖊️ 5. User content
You remain responsible for the content you create. You grant us only the right to store such content to the extent technically necessary and to display it to the members of your group in order to provide the App's features. No use beyond that takes place.
🤖 6. AI Bible assistant
The AI assistant generates automated responses and may contain errors. Its responses do not constitute pastoral, medical, legal, or other professional advice. Use is at your own responsibility.
📶 7. Availability
We strive for reliable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. As the App is offered free of charge, there is no claim to availability, specific features, or their continuation.
🚪 8. Termination & suspension
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts in the event of serious or repeated violations of these terms.
⚠️ 9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damage arising from injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, liability is – to the extent legally permissible – limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable, typical damage. For a service provided free of charge, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

We may adjust these Terms of Service as needed. We will inform you of material changes via push notification or email. The current version is always available at this URL.
⚖️ 11. Governing law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the state in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
